Plyometrics are a form of exercise that involve energy storage and release in your muscles and tendons such as hopping, jumping, and agility drills. Plyometrics can help improve bone density, power, and metabolism especially in women experiencing peri- & post-menopause.

If you want to learn how to safely introduce plyometrics or refine your plyometric routine, come join us! We will talk about how to integrate plyometrics into your training and how to work up to them if things like joint pain or urinary leakage are getting in the way of your ability to do them!
