Come join us for a Core & Pelvic Floor Workout! 
The workout will include:

- Mobility drills and breathing exercises to optimize core and pelvic floor function.

- Exercises that coordinate core and pelvic floor co-contraction.

 - Multidirectional core training so you can be strong in all directions for daily activities. 

- Global strength exercises for the muscles that support the core and pelvic floor in our hips and legs. 


This workout is open to all fitness levels and will include modifications as needed.

If you are postpartum or post-surgery, we recommend participating in the workout only if you are 3-4+ weeks out from delivery or the procedure. If you register, you will have access to a recording of the workout if you'd like to do it at a later time.

Helpful Equipment | yoga mat, hip circle band, yoga block (optional), box or chair, dumbbells (anywhere from 3lbs to 20lbs+)
