Small Group Movement Coaching
What is Movement Coaching?
Your Doctors of Physical Therapy at OPAL want to help more people optimize their movement and achieve longevity! This weekly workout is designed to hit some of the things you're not doing in your normal weekly training.
We will coach you on how to improve common problems we see in the clinic including muscle imbalances, mobility limitations, single leg stability, balance and coordination. Our goal is to prepare you to crush your workouts, lifts, and runs throughout the week while preventing injuries at the same time.
These classes will address upper body, core, and lower body movement concepts. We will introduce new movement concepts each week and will circle back to review previous concepts for those dropping in for the first time or further refine for those returning to class!

We offer drop-in classes for only $35/class!
How many people are in each small group?
We keep our groups to 10 or fewer to ensure each person receives personalized attention and support

We will be hosting at OPAL Movement Therapy
Do I have to add my credit card info to PTeverywhere every time I book a class?
If you book online, yes. If you are in our system, feel free to shoot us a text or email and we will register you for the class and charge the credit card we have on file for you.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule your class 24 hours in advance and put your deposit toward a class that works better for you.
Can I cancel online?
