Small-Group Movement Coaching

Location: OPAL Movement Therapy

Join OPAL's Doctors of Physical Therapy for a 60-minute small-group class designed to address common movement challenges like muscle imbalances, mobility limitations, single-leg stability, balance and coordination. 


This month, we'll be focusing on Core Strength!

Our core is made up of muscles in our trunk and pelvis that work together to support our spine and pelvis, perform movements like trunk flexion, extension, sidebending, and rotation, and help us transfer power between the upper body and lower body. 

We need to load our core in all directions in order to build resiliency for all the different movements in our daily life-from sitting up in bed to reaching in the car to the backseat to lifting our luggage into the overhead bin to moving heavy furniture. 

Come to our Core Strength Workout to train your core in all directions and build resiliency for life! The workout will be tailored to all fitness levels and modifications can be provided at any time.
