Join OPAL's Doctors of Physical Therapy for a 60-minute small-group class designed to address common movement challenges like muscle imbalances, mobility limitations, single-leg stability, balance and coordination.
This month, we'll be focusing on Overhead Presses! If you want to improve your overhead press so you can get stronger and prevent injuries when moving overhead, this is the class for you.
We will break down the mechanics of the overhead press, do mobility drills to prepare for it, and work on form for overhead presses using dumbbells and barbells depending on your strength level.
