Dr. Riggins grew up in Dripping Springs, Texas swimming and riding horses. She swam for Hartwick College in upstate New York and specialized in breaststroke and individual medley events. Her background as an athlete combined with her love for exercise and learning ultimately led to a career in physical therapy.
Dr. Riggins graduated from Texas State University in 2021 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She completed her Fellowship in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists through The Manual Therapy Institute in 2023.
Dr. Riggins is passionate about exercise, movement, and education. She loves to help people understand more about their bodies and how to move better. She has extensive experience working with distance runners, weightlifters, and swimmers.
In her free time, she enjoys lifting, running, swimming, hiking, and spending time with her family.
