I recently visited Opal Movement for an evaluation due to ongoing hip pain, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care I received!! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported. The team is not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. I feel truly cared for and confident in Dr. Magda's expertise!! This was the best PT experience I have ever experienced!!

I believe Dr.Mogan is one of the best Physical Therapists I have met in my years. Today I had the privilege to work with one of her PT students Evan Jung. He is graduating in May and was amazing. Very kind, thorough and made my body feel less tight. He shared some great exercises for me to do on my 3 month road trip to help with stiffness. I totally recommend Opal Movement Therapy if you want your body to feel better!

Frequently Asked Questions

Get clarity on how our one-on-one approach works and what to expect.

Do you take insurance?

We're cash-based and out-of-network, which means we don't take insurance directly. We provide itemized receipts you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA and offer payment plans.

What makes this different from standard PT?

You get one-on-one care every session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy orthopedic manual physical therapist. We focus on movement retraining and coaching, not just exercises. You'll understand why pain showed up and how to prevent it from coming back.

Can I come just for dry needling?

Dry needling is one tool we use as part of a personalized plan. We don't offer single-modality visits because lasting results come from addressing movement patterns, not just treating symptoms.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your goals and where you're starting. Many people notice improved movement confidence and fewer flare-ups over the first few weeks, and we'll adjust the plan as you progress.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We offer remote movement coaching and programming for clients who can't visit in person. This is ideal for technique feedback and ongoing support.
