Physical Therapist in Pflugerville, TX
Expert care built on movement science, not quick fixes
OPAL Movement Therapy is a cash-based physical therapy and performance clinic for active adults in Pflugerville who want to move better, train with confidence, and stay active long-term. We emphasize one-on-one care, movement retraining, and a proactive approach to injury prevention and longevity.

Why we started OPAL
Too many active adults are told to rest, ice, and hope the pain goes away. That approach might work short-term, but it doesn't teach you how to move correctly or prevent the next flare-up. We built OPAL to offer something different: one-on-one coaching that helps you understand your body, retrain movement patterns, and build the durability you need to keep lifting, running, and training as you age.
One-on-one care that looks beyond the painful area
We don't rush you through a treatment table rotation or hand you a generic exercise sheet. Every session is dedicated time with an orthopedic manual physical therapist who takes a full-body approach to understanding why pain keeps showing up and what it will take to move forward with confidence.
Fellowship-trained expertise
Our lead physical therapist is fellowship-trained in orthopedic manual physical therapy (FAAOMPT) and dry needling certified.
Movement retraining focus
We teach you how to move correctly so improvements stick beyond your sessions with us.
Long-term support model
We work with clients over weeks and months to build resilience and prevent recurring injuries.
Transparent pricing
Cash-based and out-of-network. We accept HSA/FSA and provide itemized receipts for potential reimbursement.

OPAL Movement Therapy was founded to give active adults access to the kind of care that looks at the whole picture, not just where it hurts, but how you move, train, and live.

Dr. Morgan Riggins grew up in Dripping Springs, Texas swimming and riding horses. She swam for Hartwick College in upstate New York and specialized in breaststroke and individual medley events. Her background as an athlete combined with her love for exercise and learning ultimately led to a career in physical therapy.
She graduated from Texas State University in 2021 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She completed her Fellowship in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists through The Manual Therapy Institute in 2023.
Morgan founded OPAL Movement Therapy in 2022. She loves working with clients, running business operations, and growing a culture around moving better. She enjoys working with distance runners, weightlifters, swimmers, hikers, and anyone who has goals to move better.
In her free time, she enjoys lifting weights, cooking different cuisines, hiking new trails, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Magda Mitaszka grew up in Massachusetts and made it to Texas as fast as she could! She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas State University in 2021 and has developed a wide range of interests within the physical therapy field including orthopedics, neurology, hospital-based rehabilitation, and dry needling.
Magda is particularly passionate about pain science education. Building meaningful relationships with her patients is at the core of her practice and she is dedicated to supporting them both inside and outside the clinic.
In her free time, Dr. Magda enjoys traveling, volunteering, spending time with friends, and studying Spanish. She played basketball in high school and is an avid NBA fan (Go Celtics!). She stays active through sports and is currently playing in a local tennis league. She also enjoys long walks and weightlifting!

Evan grew up in Garland, Texas. He played high school basketball and has loved watching and playing sports his entire life. He went to the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate studies and graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University in 2025.
After suffering a significant knee injury himself, Evan learned about the strong relationship between physical and emotional health. He is passionate about physical therapy because he believes it is the most uniquely relational platform for holistic healing and injury prevention.
For exercise, Evan enjoys playing basketball with friends, running, and lifting weights. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and their dog Yuki, having board game nights with his friends, cooking and eating good food, and watching anime.
